LETTER OF INVITATION
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
The purpose of the letter is to facilitate participants’ travel and visa arrangements. Letter of invitation will be issued by the Secretariat Office upon request.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of registration via Email. If you registered and do not receive a confirmation, please contact with Secretariat Office. Or you can bring a copy of your Registration Form and proof of payment to the registration desk on-site.

All delegates and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.
